SENATE BILL NO. 69 "An Act relating to the Board of Chiropractic                                                                
Examiners and the practice of chiropractic" was read the second time.                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator MacKinnon, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                   
for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page                                                            
2352. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There                                                              
being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 69(FIN) was                                                                  
adopted.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final

Senator Dunleavy moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain                                                                   
from voting due to a conflict of interest. Senator Coghill objected and
